Subway has the nutrition information on their website:
http://www.subway.com/applications/NutritionInfo/index.aspx
If you click on Sandwiches, they do have their breakfast subs listed. Looks
like they are 9 - 12 points each. Do-able but not too often. At least they
would have a lot of protein to keep you full and each has 5 grams of fiber.
I love Subway. I wish we had one in our little town but with a population of
2000, I suppose it wouldn't be too profitable - even if I went every day.
LOL

I was on this list about two or three month ago. My husband said we couldn't
afford the $40 a month for WW. Now that we have the car paid off, I
convinced him that I could lose weight on this program. So I'm back to lose
a lot of weight actually.
I'm from Colorado. I'm a 56-year-old grandma who has 14 grandkids and three
grown children. I like to do countedcross-stitch and being on the computer.

My name is Angi and I have close to 100 lbs. to lose. I am in my 2nd
week of WW. I lost 4.4 lbs. the first week so I am off to a good
start. I love the Momentum program so far and I haven't been very
hungry on it. This is my 2nd time around. About 3 years ago I lost
40 lbs. on the Flex Points diet and broke my foot and was in a cast
and quit and got off track and gained that back plus some!
Thanks for allowing me to join your group. I look forward to meeting
everyone and learning from you and sharing in support. I will be on
vacation next week, so I won't be posting, but I normally post a good
bit.
Happy Memorial Day!

I always try to take a peek at the fast people's speed. Out of morbid curiousity & to see how the other half lives. Watching other people at the gym is part of what makes it so entertaining. If you go at the same time, you see some of the same people. I watch this older couple-probably in their late sixties-who look like models running all out for probably close to an hour. I'm so impressed by that. I watch the men doing their muscle routine, which is the most fun, lol. I watch this chubby buy in a plastic suit on the stair climber. He would all but lay on the rail climbing while sweat flopped. And this is all he would do. So then I entertain myself asking why in the heck would he put a plastic suit on, torture himself for a few minutes on the stair climber & then leave? People are fun..... amy

I feel that way sometimes. I do 65 min on the treadmill. I start up at 2.2 mph and end at 2.8. But then I see those people walking faster and running and I feel so fat and lazy. I am not competing with these people. I am working out on a daily basis and I will get better. I am also carrying more weight than those other people.
You have accomplished something. I am only up to 17 minutes on the elliptical. Dont belittle you accomplishments.

Hi, 30 minutes, 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'm trying to up my speed on it. When I see other people clipping along at double my speed for twice the length of time, it makes me feel lame. The one I like to use has a heart moniter thing. So I try to keep my heart rate over 110 and my stride over 95 strides per minute. I don't know if this is doing fairly well or not. It's certainly faster than I want to go, lol Next week I'm going to try for 45 minutes at the faster speed. Previously I was doing 45 minutes but not going as fast.... progress amy

I walked four miles around Lake Scranton, went to WW, and then did a Zumba
class. My biggest success was surviving though as I had never done Zumba
before! I will try it again as I did like it.

hey all ~
just finished 90 minutes on elliptical @ a resistance of 5 ~ it has taken me about 6 weeks to build up to that ~
went to the movies yesterday (took 5 yr old to see Earth..she started crying everytime a predator took down a some small creature.. blech)
anyway, popped my own ff popcorn @ home and brought my own parmesan/ red pepper flakes topping ~ bec there is no way i can go to see a movie w/o popcorn!
tonight we are going to pf chang's w/ friends ~ my husband and i are going to look @ their nutritional info online beforehand and figure out what we want to get so we know what we're going to have point wise ~ i haven't gone out much since i've been on WW so this will be an interesting experience!
i am looking to incorporate some weights into my routine ~ anyone have any recommendations on a tape/cd that uses free weights? nothing too hardcore ~

I took my six year old daughter to see Earth. I was so mad. I know the nature world is vicious & that animals eat each other. But in a G rated movie marketted to kids, I did not expect or want to see gazelles, baby elephants and walruses being torn apart & eaten in slow motion, nor did I want to see a whale leaping in the air with bits of a shark fin dangling out of its mouth, nor did I want to see papa polar bear lay down & die. My very hyper daughter was bored senseless by it & annoyed by me covering her eyes. And then she fell asleep.
My new movie strategy is to get the kiddy size combo. It has a decent portion of popcorn & doesn't require a bank loan. And I smuggle in another diet coke because the small drink isn't big enough. Movie popcorn/candy is another downfall of mine. We're probably going to the movies this weekend to see the museum movie... amy
