Kristen meet your partner. I've been off the wagon for 10 days...It's amazing how easy it is that old habits come back.
My plan is to hop back on today and keep that wagon moving toward goal.
The planner is out and the 1st meal is written in it.
We can do it so lets go!

Good Evening all, Well sort of fell of the wagon for the last 2 weeks. Got some bruising from trying to hang on to it. Managed to eat healthy and work out but for some reason could not stop eating it seemed. I gained about 3lbs over the last two weeks. I am starting to really get into using the exercise programs on the Wii. I bought the EA active program last week and am doing the 30 day challenge (it is kicking my butt). I hope that this week will be a loss. It seems when I really started to workout more in the last two weeks that my appetite grew, thankfully it is stabilizing now.
Hope you all have a great evening.

Hi Faye,
I do like their pizza's. They really are good. I had them
before weight watchers.
I wish Subway would list the nutritional information about them, but they
don't. I have searched their website and can not find it.

2.2. Hi

Happy Memorial Day everyone.
I worked a double on Saturday and I know I slipped up badly. I ended up working day shift, then someone called off for the night shift. I came home and tried to get some sleep, but to no avail, I did not get to sleep. I had a ton of energy. I made it through the night shift and then had to work 2nd yesterday. I am afraid of a gain on Thursday. Hopefully with exercise and water I wont have a gain on Thursday.
PMS causes me to crave sweets. Any good ideas how to beat the sweet cravings?

I will have salsa and totitos chips as a snack, the chips are 3 points and
salsa is 0 for 2 tbsp's.
As for the other stuff , not sure.
The chicken, if you ate a small piece about 4 oz. 3 points if you remove the
skin.
If the food is being ordered out, can you find a calorie list for that
restaraunt? If you can find the nutritional information then you could
calculate your points from that list.

Hi Holly,
Here's an idea that worked for me, when I was working that is, when I knew there were going to be all day meetings, or meetings that started just before or went into lunch time, I made it a habit of eating something filling and nutritious just prior to the meeting or during the meeting. That helped me curb and cravings and temptations and I also found I was more focused and productive during the meeting.
Now I have a question, IS YOUR COMPANY HIRING!!!!????
I am in Florida and am willing to move just about anywhere for an opportunity.
Not kidding, I was downsized several months ago and I am finding it hard to find a new position.
Hope my suggestion helps, good luck Holly,
Keith

Hello all,
I am a lurker, but this last week was really tough and I need some advice.
I started a new job last week, and there are oodles of weekly meetings to attend and last week there were three! The first one was Monday, and they had Mexican food, beef enchiladas, beans, chips, salsa and fresh pico de gallo. The next meeting was Wednesday; baked bbq chicken, salad no dressing(yeah!), roasted potatoes & carrots, brownies for dessert. The final meeting was Friday- another Mexican lunch(my personal fav I might add); enchiladas again, rice, beans, chips, salsa and queso.
How can I get through these meetings, feeling satisfied but stay in my points???? The meeting Monday and Friday were all day trainings, so I could not leave to go get my own lunch.
I know that I have another all day training (staff retreat) coming up this Friday... any ideas of how to get through the day without jumping in the chips and salsa bowl? LOL
I made goal last weekend, and am currently up a pound, even though I ramped up my exercise this week for eating poorly. Phooey!
Thanks for any help!!!
