I do so love going to the gym and challenging myself.
I did:
20 minutes on the recumbant bike - 4.35 miles
68 minutes on the treadmill - 2.90 miles
24 min on the elliptical - 1.66 miles
11 minutes on the recumbant bike - 2.02 miles
My first weigh in when I joined Dump the Plump was 310 lbs. I joined WW and weighed in at 305 lbs. Today I weighed in at 255.8 lbs.

I did it ! I tried the Wii game again and loved it. I had to do some tweeking and made my own workout. I must also clairify, I have the EA active Personal Trainer game. Not the fitness coach. I really enjoyed the rollerblading segment. I can see my self using this for a while, plus I have Wii fit, which is also fun. Yeah ! Thanks !

That is one of Jillian Michaels newer DVDs. It is REALLY good. She has two
other newer ones that are out too - but my mind is drawing a blank on their
names!!

YAHOO! I managed to loss 3.0 lbs this week!!!. I somehow managed to completely put my back out and am off work tonight after seeing the doctor and chiropractor but oh well. It probably wasn't the best idea to go in to work last night either (hindsight is amazing eh?) Hope everyone is having a great day.
