68 minutes on the treadmill
22 minutes on the elliptical

Its my birthday and Im going out for 80's night. I cant believe Im 29. Good news is. I have 20 points plus 5 activity points plus my 35 extra points. party on:-) 64 calorie beer, here I come:-)))))))))))

I did 40 mins on the stationary bike it worked out to be 10 miles. then
just lifted weights
