IT's POSSIBLE

Giving up what we used to do for what we should have done all along isn't the easiest thing to do but it is possible.
As long as we keep reminding ourselves that it is indeed possible, it helps us to stay in focus to enjoy success.
I try to compare it with other things which are not easy, yet possible.
I gave birth to 4 children, not easy, but possible.
I went back to finish school at the age of 35, not easy, but possible.
I survived after divorce and again after the death of another husband, not easy, but possible.
I support myself and my household alone only on my one income, not easy, but possible.
I have read and re-read all of the information which Weight Watchers gives me. There is nothing in there that says "IT's EASY", but there is a lot of, "IT's POSSIBLE".
I joined Weight Watchers September 16 2008, and so fat, in nine months I have lost 123 LBS. I keep a photo log on my website. See URL below.

Thank You
Galen

Awesome weight loss Galen. I joined weight watchers in January. To get to my goal weight I had to lose 180 lbs. I have lost 55 lbs to date. You are an inspiration!

Today at work, one of my co-workers said "You know, Faye, you're getting a
lot skinnier. You need to stop wearing clothes that are too big for you." Do
you know how good that felt? Time to tell my hubby I need a new wardrobe!
lol

Does anyone know if it affects a weigh in negatively to exercise right
before WI time? I ask because 5 weigh ins in a row I had *great* losses and
then last week I stopped at the gym on my way home from work and then right
to my meeting and I gained so I was wondering if there is any way exercising
so close to weigh in caused it? Cuz I didn't do anything else different than
the other weeks that I had such great losses.

Maybe it was just because you had 5 great weighs in a row.  Sometimes we have gains that we have no way to accounting  for.
