Faye-Hang in there. I know that working such odd hours on a regular basis
would put me over the edge! I have an inkling that that could be part of
the mood swings, but I dont know. Sounds like an awesome time with your
daughter! I have 3 sons, so if I get a pedicure, it is me alone!Heidi

ROCKS!!!! Holy cow, I feel like I'm going to die, but what an amazing
workout!!!! I'm SO happy I ordered this system, I can tell it's going to do
great things for me! Today I did the learn and burn, it was teaching the
steps and then only a 16 minute workout at the end, but I am dripping with
sweat LOL!! I can't wait to do more!

Well I have had my first weigh in and I am so excited, I have lost 10 and
1/4 pounds the first week, I know it will slow down but I am extremely happy

Only 90 pounds to go.

Without God there is no peace, only disappointing substitutions and repeated failure.

Hi
Might not be around for a while.

I had 2 episodes where I could not sing-- the words came out garbled.
They lasted about 10 minutes. First episode the dr blew off as stress---all
other things indicated all was well-- But told me to go to the hospital if
it happened again-- 2 weeks later it happened this Thursday.

According to the hospital this is what it is -- brain cancer-- my
oncologist is going to do a pet scan on Thursday-- I will see his colleague on
Friday-- he has to be out of town for the weekend and he wants this taken care
of right away. His colleague and him will consult and he will tell him
what he wants done.

He is being optimistic-- he always has. Since the thinks this would have
stemmed from the lung cancer-- that is what usually happened and the x-ray
was negative in April he does not think it is that. 1. It could have
started from some other cancer that is in my body-- that's why the pet scam. 2.
they could be cysts. I have some on my kidney, liver, bladder-- natural
at this age. 2. They all could be nothing and that this was a TIA, or
stress related. Time will tell

Other then the speech trouble I had for 10 minutes. ( it was not speech-- I
just garbled the words when I sang) I feel fine. Have had a little
headache after the attack but that is going away. I am off of work. YIPEE!!!!
And stuck home with DH, UGH!!! not sure which is worse--LOl

Stay in touch

Huggs
Ginny

Thanks so much Sue, that is exactly what I was looking for. I hear they are really good and I wanted to try them. I bought all the stuff and then I couldn't find the piece of scrap paper that I wrote the recipe on. They gave this out at my Weight Watchers Meeting! Thanks again! Cindy

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great day. I took a pilates class this morning..I must look so silly since I am so overweight, but I figured that even if I can do some of it, it is better than doing nothing! I had my meeting tonight and was excited to be down 3.8lbs for a total of 35.4lbs. I usually lose a pound give or take each week so having a big week is very exciting. Have a great night all! Heidi

congrats Heidi! I finally found my scale tonight(moved last Friday and
hadn't seen it since) so I'm hoping for a loss tomorrow when I weigh in
a day late. I earn *51* APs with all the moving last weekend, but I
ate most of them when I finally tracked what I ate, so not sure what
the scale will say tomorrow :(.
Have a good night.
