Congratulations Margie, A lost is aways a +, I gained 1 pd this week, I know it is because I have not exercised the way I am supposed to. I got Jullian 2009 for Wii yesterday and I have really upset with it. Guess I will go back to The Fitness Coach. Keep up the good work!

I love Jillian Michaels, but I have heard nothing but negative on her Wii
workout. The guy at Game Stop said he did not recommend it - they have had
many returns. He said the main complaint is it is hard to keep the workout
and the board in sync - or something like that.

Yes it's the negative button (-) on th eWii mote. this lets you increase or
decrease the difficulty, change the music or just pause. Also during the
workout if it feels too much for you just take a break until the next
exercise starts. Only do as much as you feel comfortabel. Once you get
accustomed to it you'll be able to keep up and then some. Another idea try
ashorter workout duration then if you feel you can do more go for another 15
minutes.
Hope this helps,
Blessings,
Kilianna

Leslie,
What kind of cats do you have? Do you breed or show?
We have two Tonkinese kitties (Wilbur and Charlotte). They are
fighting on my bed now like they hate each other. In a few minutes
they'll be snuggled up together!

Today I gained .6. Normally I don't let a gain, especially one that small
bother me but I was so sure I was getting my award for losing my first 5%
today since last week I was only .2 away from it.
The receptionist weighing me made me feel a little better though cuz I have
exercised a lot more the last two weeks and she said sometimes when we add
more activity, we gain muscle which shows as a gain, but if I give it time
it'll balance itself out.
But I'm still feeling bummed. Sorry normally I try to keep positive but it
was really disappointing cuz I wanted my award! I was almost in tears I was
so sure I was getting it!
Bob tried to make me feel better and Marcella gave me a big hug but I'm
still bummed.

10. Deb's AWOL/message to all

Date: Wed Jun 10, 2009 5:37 pm ((PDT))
Sorry guys. I am AWOL for a few days. I'm away visiting my youngest DD and grandkids. I'm trying to keep up with all the emails but haven't got enough time to respond to everyone...
So happy for all of you who have lost! WTG!!! Know that I am celebrating with you!
And for those who maintained. Good for you!! Ya know that can be as hard as losing most of the time. So congrats!
For those who gained. I hope it was small ones. If you know why you did, fix it. If you don't know why ask for help. These guys are amazing! They'll help you all that you need. And hopefully will be able to help you get on track for next week.
To the newbies. Welcome! Looking forward to getting healthy with you when I get back home.
Me, I'm trying my dangdest (word???) to stay OP. Not doing too badly if I may say so myself. And have been going for 2 mi. walks with my DD and granddaughter every night. Fun times!! Won't be home till next Monday evening. I am so enjoying reading the posts. Occasionally you'll see me respond if I have sat down long enough, lol.. But don't be offended if it isn't to you. I mean no disrespect am just very busy with the kids.
Huge hugs to all and wishing you strength and conviction to keep on track and........DRINK THAT WATER!!!!
