Thank you both very much for your advise. I will talk to my doctor about the iron. I do take a blood pressure medicine because I have high blood pressure. I was taking 4 medications for my blood pressure before surgery and now only 1/2 of one pill each day.

As far as my weight loss, I lost 38 lbs the first two weeks and at least 5lbs a week the next 2 months. I feel more confident now that you state this is normal because loosing a total of 89 lbs now in less than 3 months, I was scared I would put on the weight again. I have almost reached my goal because I never dreamed of loosing this much weight so fastly.

I think your group is wonderful!!! Thank you both so very much for your advise.

Shawna

Shawna, What was your starting weight and what is your goal. We sound about the same. I started at 230 and lost 42 lbs after a month. I thought that was a lot. I would like to loose another 60 . My energy level is back up now, never thought that would happen. I don't even have to take a nap any more!!!!! ha-ha Take care Sara
