Wow! I didn't think vacations would be such a challenge.
I'm trying to make good decisions but I'm not always finding the things I need while in Natiuonal Parks.

Hi everyone! I'm Rebecca a returning lifetime member. I just had my 3rd child in March. So I am working on getting rid of the weight from having 3 children in 4 years. :) I live in South Florida and am working on th couch to 5k program. I look forward to getting to know all of you.

I went to the gym at work to work out this am. The lights were not all on and I like to read while I am on the upright bike. Times go by so much quicker. I hit what I thought was a light switch. The room went black and the power went off on all the machines. Couldnt figure it out so I was only able to use the weight room. But I did work up a sweat in there.
I had weigh in today. Lost one lb this week for a total of 56 lbs.

That is a great price for two outfits!
I think I need to get new clothes myself. One of my co-workers said my
weight loss is showing and my clothes look too big for me now.

We didnt get enough sign ups for the weight watchers at work so I have another week at the work program of maintiaining before I can become lifetime. Ive just been laying low. Still under goal and to be honest, Ive spent a lot of time Morning Michael Jackson. I love and admired the man deeply:-( Rest in peace MJ, maybe now they will LEAVE YOU ALONE. Sorry guys. I know off topic, just had to say it.
