I didnt get my usual exercise in today. I got half way through my time on the treadmill and I wasnt feeling 100%. I think I have a stomach or intestinal bug.
19 minutes on the upright bike
25 + minutes on the treadmill
11 minutes on the recumbant bike
20 minutes on the elliptical
My shift will be changing as of August. Instead of working 8 am until 4 pm, I will be working 10 am until 6 pm. I have been going to the gym at work until about 6:30 pm. I told the bf that I would have to get up early and do my time in the gym in the am.

I was on the WW website to input my weight for the week and it said that 2.2
pounds is unhealthy and I need to slow down. A 2.2 weight loss is not normal
for me normally I lose in decimal points to 1 pound ranges so it's not like
I lose that much every time. I just made healthier food choices (sometimes I
still eat too many 100 calorie packs) and tracked better than normal
(sometimes if I know I ate more points than I wanted I don't track like if I
didn't track I didn't eat? lol) and ate more fruits and veggies this week
and came up with that result.

Faye,
That is a message you'll get ANY time you lose more than 2 lbs in a
week. I gained 2 weeks in a row a couple of months ago(to the tune of
4 lbs), then went and lost 5.4 and it said that, but I was like HELLO,
I AM ONLY REALLY DOWN 1.4! The computer has NO CLUE what you've been
doing in the past couple of weeks. It's also a way to cover their
A**ES in case you claim they cause you to become anorexic I think. I
lost 5.6 a week the first week I was on Core the first time and it told
me that but I just laughed, since I was/am like you and am usually
lucky to lose *1* lb.
Melissa
222.4/167.9/115
(on Core/SF again, hoping for 3-4 lbs this week and gonna ignore that
message, since it's my first week switching, I *should* lose up to 4
lbs I think)

Thank you for sharing that Melissa. You'd think since it seems to know your
history (like once it said "You gained again this week, maybe you should
talk to your team leader about what you might change") that it would know
the last 3 WI's I either stayed the same or had very miniscule losses so
this wasn't the norm for me.

I'm thinking of buying a little trampoline to jump on. Is this a good idea? What types of exercises do you recommend on the trampoline? Thanks, Isabel (Newbee)

Thanks for your reply. I feel awful - tired and no energy and sore
all over. But I can tell my clothes are fitting better. I am taking
a daily weight smart vitamin. I have been following the program and
it was working for me until I started exercising. With all of the
suggestions I have received here I have decided to give it a bit more
time. I was just so low the other day when I weighed in with a 2.2 lb.
gain and hadnt eaten anything off to have gained.
Maybe this week will be better.
Thanks again,
Angi

Angi, great job on bumping up the exercise. Don't worry so much
about what the scale says right now. How are you feeling? Are your
clothes fitting better? Do you have more energy? Sometimes you won't
see the results on the scale right away, but your body is changing.
Things are shifting. You are losing fat and gaining muscle. Stick
with it and I promise you will see the results you want. Be honest
and make sure you are following the program, and talk to your leader
if you have questions too. Hang in there!

Angi, Congrats on starting your exercise program. It's hard to keep all the balls in the air-to keep up with your points and think about exercising. I agree with the other person. Give it a couple more weeks. Your body is changing. But also, don't make the mistake I did when I first started going to the gym. I was so proud of myself for even joining the gym. I'm so shy that just going in to join was a big deal to me. Much less actually exercising. I was proud of just walking one mile on the tread mill. I would go, spend about 20 minutes walking one mile on the treadmill and then reward myself & all my hard work with a snack. I laugh at this now. But at the time, it made total sense to me. Now, I can go all out on the elliptical with sweat dripping for 45 minutes and it says I burned say 300 calories. Barely a candy bar. So don't make my mistake and reward yourself with food & spoil your hard work. And explore different
sports & exercises. It keeps you from getting bored and you may discover some new thing you had no clue you would like. I never in a million years dreamed I would actually come to enjoy working out. I look forward to it and when my schedule gets hectic and I can't go to the gym, I get annoyed. good luck, amy

I have to tell you, that recipe sounds super yummy! We just got an ice
cream maker and I have tons of fruit, I can't wait to try it!!! Do you
think it would work ok with Splenda instead of sugar?(to cut down the
points or in my case make it Simply FIlling???)
Hope you win!
