Isn't it great, Faye, when we start noticing things that aren't shown
on the scale? There could be a number of factors involving weight loss
that are helping you stay more awake and focused, like a better diet
or perhaps you had a bit of sleep apnea that has gotten better with
the weight loss and you are sleeping better. Also, are you exercising?
That always makes me feel better, too.

I know I've talked about the belly dancing I do for exercise before,
and how anxious I am to go back to classes next week. Well, when I
started my belly would hang half way to my knees when I sat down. I
always had to raise the steering wheel in our Explorer because it
would rub by belly so badly when I was driving, and I couldn't even
think about driving our Jeep Cherokee (not the Grand Cherokee, but the
smaller one they've quit making). One day I got in the Explorer, out
of habit went to move the steering wheel up (my husband liked it
lower) and realized there was several inches between me and the
steering wheel! And now I routinely drive the Jeep Cherokee around
town, as it is easier for me than the Ford Pick-up we now have (that
is just so huge). Granted, all this was before Weight Watchers, that
is why I am so anxious to combine the two. Even without taking the
classes, I still do the standing crunches my instructor taught us to
tighten and strengthen the belly area.

Sorry, I didn't mean to make this about me, but rejoicing with you!

Claudia,

That's ok. I do the same thing. I start to post back about what someone said
and then end up talking about me cuz it reminds me of something in my own
life.

I have also had that problem with steering wheels so I can relate.

I did step up the exercise this week. I started playing with my Wii but it
works for excercise cuz I have My Wii Fitness Coach and also play the
tennis.

Made Lifetime status today:-)))))) Ive been maintaining the past 7 weeks. I had to go an extra week because we didnt get enough signups for the at work program so they extended the open house. I weighed in at 139.4 so I just made it. I couldnt go below 139. Now Im back into it. I want to lose another 10-15 lbs before my wedding next may. Im going to strive for 10 and see where that puts me. Im down to 19 points a day which is going to be tough, but I know I can do it. I never thought I would be at this point. It seemed so far away. Ive lost 21.6 pounds since january. Took 6 months but well worth it. My new goal weight will be 129.

Not Sheila, but you still get the extra 35 weekly points if you need
them.
When I had 18 points, some days I used extra points, some days I
didn't. Just depended... I also focused on zero point foods and lots
of filling foods!
Now that I'm maintaining, I get 23 points a day which is much more
doable!
Also, now that you are at goal, you don't need to rush to get off the
last 10 pounds. If you can't make it on 18, try 19 or 20. It may make
loss slower, but it may still work for you.

Thanks Heidi! I had a situation one time on a virtual coaster where I could
barely fit in the seat and that's sort of when I just barely started saying
"Okay, this is gone on way too long."
