Subject: [Serious-Weight-Watchers] My Hubby is so Sweet!

Tuesday morning, when I got home from my 3rd shift, Bob had breakfast ready
for me! Scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and toast with spray butter (how sweet
that it was even a good WW type breakfast- he even used bread that is only 1
point for two slices!)

Then later on I was telling him I was worried about my weigh in today
because of my binge Monday from that sugar low. He told me not to worry
about it. He said "You can't expect to lose every week. And to me you're
beautiful no matter what you weigh." I think he's not just paying lipservice
either cuz when we met I barely weighed 100 and now I weigh 147 so he's seen
me at my thinnest and my "thickest" and loved me the same and still wants me
in other ways if you know what I mean, so... :-)

My hubby's a keeper for sure! I had two serious relationships before him, so
I guess three times really *is* a charm!

I'm at work now...1 hour to go... 3rd shift is kind of cool but so dead! So
I'm reading gossip magazines. I don't know why I read that stuff when I know
half of it isn't true... Just a guilty pleasure I guess.

2.1. Weigh in

Hello Everyone,
Well Im up 2 pounds this week. I knew I would be. I made some very bad decisions this weekend. Im still only .4 over goal though so Im ok. My goal is to be at 130 by October 7th. I weighed in today at 141.4. My goal weight is 141. I want to get rid of my tummy. I have a wedding to get in shape for. This weekend was rough because I drank on Friday and Saturday. When I drink my stomach becomes an empty pit and for some reason I can eat A LOT. So Ive decided to give up drinking till August 21st to concentrate on my weight loss. Good news for me is I gained a point back so Im back to 20 points a day. I wasnt quite ready to be at 19 points I guess:-) My goal for this week is to earn all 28 activity points.
 Have a Passionette Day!!!

Hubby had to be at work today at 6 am. I was off. So when I took him to work I went to the gym. Might as well get it done early in the day.
32 minutes on the elliptical
70 minutes on the treadmill
15 minutes on the upright bike

Hi to all
Sorry I have not been good at updating things, This week has been insane.
Shannon arrived last Wednesday. She had a bit of a problem getting here.
She Wes following an military vehicle near Goldfield and a piece of
equipment fell off and hit her windshield. When she got here she went to see
about getting it replaced but there was damage to the frame so they could not
do it while she was here.

We spent our time here cleaning the garage. We took a truck load to the
dump and a truck load to Goodwill. Been trying to ge the junk out of here
for years. Divvied up Christmas stuff and old photos. Now I have a 3 car
garage that you could actually get 3 cars in--LOL

Then I still had dr appointments and lawyer appointments, etc. So been
really busy -- wanted this stuff done before I leave on the cruise.

They finally put me on Lassix and the legs, and ankles went down-- along
with that are the wrinkles reappearing. I am able to walk better. But I
have started having sever pain at night in my knees and ankles. It actually
wakes me up it is so bad. So today they have me go and have x-rays just to
be safe. I will Have blood work the day after I get home-- Then Monday an
MRI and a CT Scan, Then see the oncologist on Thursday. I figure with
having the MRI and CT on my birthday will be a good sign. What a
present!!!!!!!

Tomorrow Gail and I leave for San Francisco. We will be there till the
2nd when we board the Sea Princess headed for Alaska. I am soooo ready for
this.

Last night we went to the Aces ball game. We had our first rain delayed
game--LOL Leave me to pick a game that has rain--LOL It was Gail's family
and mine-- we had a good time and the team Won-- Shannon left for home today
and made it safely.

Thanks for Being there for me--I truly appreciate it.

Love and huggs
Ginny

Faye;
As a fellow diabetic, (non-insulin)but medicated. I can understand exactly how you felt. Just this week it happened to me too. I was so low all my meter said was low. Its hard to think, because you are low and its hard to think about eatting right, when you feel so bad.
I blew it too, it was like I lost my mind and all I can do now is to plan ahead better.
Thanks for sharing, it helps to know I am not the only one.
Rhonda
