i had gastric stapling surgery on July 11th and till now i have lost about 9 kgs in the 1st two weeks and then stopped loosing wieght although i am not having sugar nearly and not able to eat of course becoz the pouch is too small any body have any idea wht should i use for the scar ?????
which is better contracutibex gel or silicone sheets ??
i am still happy tht i did tht surgery hoping to start loosing wieght again
