"So that cake was the only thing I really did wrong".....are there wrong foods with the Weight Watcher plan? I never knew that. Is there a list or a go-by rule that can tell me the "wrong" foods?

That's great, Claudia!
I love those WW ice cream toffee bars. But I really like those round
chocolate ice cream sandwiches. I can't believe they are *so* big, bigger
than the "real" version and only 2 points!
Happy belated birthday! I hope you got great presents!

I am so happy to be accepted, I have prayed for an answer to my problem for years. I am 48 and have spent much of my life morbid obese. I am hoping to gain the support I need to make the changes that need to be made. I cry as I type as I have come to such despair, I know this is right for me and I am ready. I read some encouraging posts and feel success is just beyond that hotdog....Thanks and SMiles Sherry
