Way to go on your runs, ladies! That is AWESOME!
I coach new people who want to run 5ks, so I know what a challenge it is and
how EXCITING new goals are. (I started that way too...I remember crying when
I ran my first mile without stopping. I was so proud.)

I ran 4.68 miles today and swam a little over a mile in the lake.
