Are you sure we arent' allowed to give out points info? I just checked some of the previous e-mails for this site and there were lots of Points(R) info discussed. Did this policy recently change?

I also was under the impression we could give points out in the Yahoo WW
Groups just not on the eTools message boards on the WW website. I see points
info in the Yahoo groups all the time.

Sorry I haven't posted lately. I've been reading the posts, but haven't had much time for anything else.
I weighed in on Friday and am happy to say that I have lost my first 5 pounds! It took me 8 weeks to do it though. I had a really hard time the first few weeks, but now I'm in control and making sure that I log everything that I eat or drink and exercise daily. Only 20 lb to reach my goal.

That's exactly what I do, Jen!
I guess what I need to do instead of that is treat myself to something
non-food. Maybe a pretty fragrance or I love bath gels and those body sprays
or maybe a new outfit... But sometimes a greasy hamburger sounds so much
better! lol

6. Poor Marcella-OT for Some

Marcella has had what she insists is an ant bite. We don't know if she got
it outside at our house or when she went to the beach with hubby. But anyway
now it's looking really red and bad and her foot is starting to swell (it's
on her toe)
Plus you guys have seen my posts about the funny things she does so you guys
have probably figured she's a pretty happy little girl. Well the last few
days even though she does laugh and stuff still she also is kind of not
herself. She's very lethargic and very very whiny and she hardly ever
whines- sometimes if she really wants something and we have to tell her no
she gets like that but it's very rare for her to whine and now she's been
whining almost every day this week and I'm sure it's cuz of whatever's on
her toe.
We have put Neosporin on it but if it's not looking better in the next
couple of days, one or both of us will probably have to take her to the
doctor.

I thought you were not suppose to say if you weighed such and such you
needed to eat X number of points based on WW but points on foods in general I
thought were ok. My goodness the points are posted on food boxes in the
public, WW, Lean Cuisine and others. I would like to know also if something
changed.

Cass,
You are right that you can find points pretty much anywhere but I too have
an extremely hard time finding points for rotisserie chicken. I have looked
in my food companion, dining out companion, WW website, etc. etc. I can find
chicken all different kinds, just not rotisserie.
