Hello all,
actually i do read all your messages to know more but i find that my reply ain't adding more to it hopefully after one year or so i will get all the experience to reply and for all the new comers askin if they should do the surgery or not, it actually depends on how old are they and how many times did they try the diet and failed and how long should it take to reach the ideal weight in my case i had morbid obesity which was affecting my knees and my work and my emotional life too i can tell tht i loved food more than anything was the only thing that makes me happy and can't deny that when i 1st heard of that surgeries i said ph god no i won't do it how can i be like tht with abnormal stomach and can't eat wht i want so now u know to how extent i love food lol
but i reached tht it's really disturbing everything in my life and my life had to go on and go on properly it took me like one and half year consulting a lot of doctors and thinking about it then i reached a point tht i want to see my self thin for once in my life even if it was the last thing i am going to do i want to feel like wht thin people feel i deserve that and you also deserve it so think about it again and again and wht i did just before my last decision i gave myself 6 months trial if i really could stick on a diet for that period then i won't do the surgery but happened wht i was expecting tht i didn't even continue for 2 month so give urself a trial and put it in your mind u r going to change something permenantly (actually i dun't feel anything diffrent now excpet when i come to eat i think tht is the penalty of all the times i started to eat non stop i already ate what a normal man can eat thru his entire life while i am still 27). in all cases i wish u all good luck and i want to ask about something,Now i have lost about 42 lbs ( i was about 291 lbs now i am 249 lbs) in about 2 and half months i still sometimes vomit but i am much worried about the extra skin which i will have for sure so i wanted to ask who had this experience What after one year from the surgery does it get any better or do exercise make any diffrence or the absolute solution is the tummy tuck surgery and other plastic surgeries as well i still didn't execise i am still not sure if i am able now to start abs and get a personal trainer thats when we put into consideration tht i didn't use larproscopy in my surgery so it's an open surgery

Thanks,
Engy.
