I just take a Flintstone's complete chewable twice a day and that has worked
really well for me and this came from the advice of my dietician.

You need a multivitamin, B-12, Calcium citrate with Vitamin D and a certain amount of iron.
I took Target prenatal vitamins because they had enough iron so I did not have to take a separate iron pill. I am pregnant so they switched my vitamins.
I take the B-12 dots. Two little pills that desolve under my tongue.
I use the chewable Calcium citrate with Vitamin D from Bariatric Advantage.

I was told the same thing - calcium citrate with Vitamin D by both my Dr.
and the nutritionist they sent me to after I had the DS surgery. The reason
is that after WLS we don't absorb calcium carbonate as well. It's been 8
years since my surgery and no problems. My nutritionist even went a
little farther and told me to take the calcium pills in the evening before I
went to bed because it would be absorbed better.
