Hi,
My name is gidget that's awesome! You can get down to your goal. Although, you say you don't dedicate time to exercise. You really should make time. I use to be the same way not exercising but let me tell you once I made it part of my work day the weight started falling off again. Make it your time to get away and have your own time. I promise you once you start making it about you and your weight starts going down again. You will be very happy.

I'm not sure what kind of exercise your doing but if you need some ideas or tips on what has helped me lose 136 lbs please feel free to email me. My personal email is gidget_sanchez@yahoo.com.

I would love to chat...

I had surgery in 2000. I had a segmentation much like banding but not ajustable. Started at 301 lost down to 145. Now my normal weight is around 175 - 185. I feel good most the time at this weight. I am 5' 7.5" and were a 12 in pants. I would love to get back to the 150's but I don't dedicate the time for exercise.

Hi Rhonda,
I totaly here you...I lost 136 lbs and have really learned how to teach myself on what works and what doesnt. Your absolutely right about being able to go back to your old eating habits. I find some people have surgery thinking it's a fast easy quick fix. Well, there is nothing EASY about this journey. If I could give 1 work of advice to everyone MAKE SURE you EXERCISE and DON'T go back to your old ways. It's ok to have a small treat here and there BUT don't go back. Think about how great THIN feels and about the clothes your able to wear now. It's very easy to slide backwards.

I have a few other tools that have really helped me anyone who wants to chat or talk with me please add me to your friends list and here is my yahoo email. gidget_sanchez@yahoo.com.

I really would love to hear from you all!!

I was 384 went down to 180 then back up to 235.  Just started back doing the
"right things" and am down 8 pounds in less than 10 days.  Its all about what
you do.  When you make the decision to be healthy and eat healthy then it
drops.  Your surgery gave you the tools buts it's up to you to use them
correctly, can't drill a hole with a hacksaw.  I am just as bad as everyone else
and I own that even after the surgery you can't expect to eat a can of pringles
or a chocolate cake and expect to lose.  If I sound preachy to anyone I will
apologize up front just dealing with the same issues myself lately and asking
myself why did I put myself through all of that if I were just going to go back
to the same horrible habits.  I started gaining when I started drinking soda
(diet) again.  Two weeks without now and I have tons more energy.  Good luck to
you, you know how to do this and you have the tools to do it.

Rhonda
