Well Im kind of long term, I had my surgery bout 7 years ago and have kept the weight off since. I do fluctuate between 170 - 190lbs. My doctor's want me at 154lbs, but Im happy at the weight that Im at. I do try to exercise, but have tampered down to just walking so I have been staying at the higher range of my weight fluctuation. I try to keep soda and high fatty foods out of my food intake since these are the things that make me feel like cramp and cause my sides to start hurting like hell.

I as well would have still done the surgery know what I know now.

The only thing that I hate is the extra skin I have around my stomach and arms. Which by the way is minor.

I drink maybe a glass of red wine a day after dinner or the occasional single serving of gin+tonic or single malt scotch (I'm a really cheap date!). No beer, no diet or regular soda, very little bread or white flour products.
