1. I found a natural way to keep the weight off and help lose more

I had my RNY 9 years ago this coming Tuesday. I lost about 100lbs and over the years gained about 40 back and went back on metformin to keep from gaining any more as I have insulin resistance.

I stopped gaining but didn't really lose anything. Someone turned me on to some natural products I could replace some of the things I was eating with and I have started losing again and stopped the metformin and my sleep apnea medications.

I was one of those people that had absolutely no complications. And in the last 9 years I have not had one complication. But as I said above I followed the
rules.

I hope that gives you some encouragement....Remember when you have the surgery it is just a tool!

If you want to know what products I have been using you can check out
www.wanttoburnfat.com.

I'm hoping to lose the last 40 or so pounds I'd like to lose....

Thanks for your every1s input. I started eating a lot of protein And working out in the morning. I weighed myself after 4 days and I dropped 4 pounds and 2 inches. I mean I don't eat much carbs at all. When I started doing that last week, I felt like I had just had surgery. I woke up with that fluid in my mouth ( from fat being burned) cotton mouth and things of that sort. So yea I'm going to stick to this and I'll keep you updated (whomever is interested on some more results)

Thanks guys!

The crazy thing is that fortunately I never had any complications (I.e dumping syndrome vomiting nothing at all). I could eat just about anything except some yogurts and I stay clear of ice-cream ( too sweet). I plateau'd at 250. I don't know what to do to lose more weight. I'm exercising more and more now. I'm so jealous. every1 I know has gotten down in the 1's and that's where I want to b. Any ideas on what to do?

I had no issues with nutrition or other things that you would think might come with bariatric surgeries. It was a normal pregnancy except for the issue with the pneumonia caused by reflux. I had a very severe case which caused the revision. My complications were not from the pregnancy.

I would be 40 and have kids that would be 19, 17 and 6. Not exactly sure I want to start over, but it is a possibility.

Just wondering if anyone has found a good sweetener free, yes I want unsweetened protein powder. I can't handle artificial sweeteners or stevia. I have a strong reaction to the after taste and I don't like things really sweet. I'd like something I can add my own sweetener to and maybe some plain vanilla extract or an extract or maybe some plain fruit for flavoring.
