I believe plastic surgeons will assist you in obtaining financing for surgery so you can pay it off over time. You must research surgeons for this purpose, and make sure they have done the procedures (arm lift, circumferential lift (all around the body at the hips), thigh/butt lift, etc.) before. My plastic surgeon had not done them before me, and I have misshapen arms and big thick scars on my arms and back due to his lack of experience.
