Valana,
You have the strengh God gave you to go back to the protein shakes.  I have  been drinking the protein shakes by a company called Visalus.  It is the number one best protein shake for weight loss out there.
Go to there website and find out about it.  It works great for us that have had the weight loss surgerys.
Natalie

Hi Gypzymoon
You have basically took the words right out of mouth literally. I had RNY Surgery in 05 and weighted 324lbs at the time. The lowest I've gotten down to was 170 and now have climbed back up to 200lbs. My size 14 clothes re starting not to fit now and I'm out of breathe when I run now. Ugh!
I keep talking about going bak to my protein shakes, but keep putting it off cause something else sounds more appetizing.

So, I'm all ears too.
