Stu,
Don't give up  you have done so well.  you need to get back to you excerciseing. Walk  aroun the neighborhood  or at the mall inside.
Check and see if you can find a homeapathic doctor to give you some ideas of things to take.  Also Try reading some books on Reiki it will help you get your mind  more centered.

My name is Stu. I am from Indiana. I had a RNY 3 years ago. I have lost over 250 lbs.
I am very strict with my diet and exercise plan.
I was at my goal weight until Feb 2012 when I started having back EXTREME back pain.
I went to a spine surgeon and he said I need a spine fusion
I have tried to manage my pain with Percocet and spinal injections.
Here is where I need help.
Since Feb I have went from a size 34 pant to a size 42.
I have gained almost 50 lbs.
I have not changed my diet at all.
I really need help. I am depressed. I am 37 yrs old and I am scared I am on the road to being 500 lbs again. I look in the mirror and see a big fat guy again.
Does anyone know what I can do or if Percocet or the spinal blocks are causing me to have a massive weight gain.
My self esteem is gone.
Please help.

Have you told this to your dr?  You need to make sure they understand what you are going through, and if they don't...find one that will!  It's hard not to gain weight when you can't do anything.  Your usual diet isn't going to work without the exercise.  You have to be able to find some relief...talk to your doctor is the best start.
