Hi I was one year in May and it has been an incredible journey!!!! I went from 230lbs to 153. Size 18/20 to 4/6! I feel so much more healthy and I am enjoying the fun things in life again! The bathing suit isn't so depressing any more! I have a little loose skin that I am not thrilled about but the trade off is worth it!

It is a great journey isn't it.? Kind of like child birth, can be scarey but the rewards are great.
