Hey everyone!
I had gastric bypass in September of 2001. It changed my life and my
perspective on health. I'm so glad I did it. Surprisingly I am enjoying
exercise, thats a big change from the old me. I recently became a Team
Beachbody coach and started working out to Slim in 6, then I did P90X. I'm on
day 86 of P90X and am loving it. Its toning me up and helping with the lose skin
issue. I also wanted to share with you guys this amazing shake. So many people
look for a protein shake to drink and most of them are just plain nasty. I
found this one through TEam Beachbody which is simply AMAZING and its more than
a protein shake, it also has 23 minerals and vitamins and so much more!! Its
