I agree with Samantha. I would also see an oncologist.

Carnie's WLS journey has always interested me, as it has others, I'm sure. She's had another baby and gained weight (been there, done that). She was on Dr Oz seeking his guidance last week. Here's a link to an article about the general issue, in case you missed it.
