Sixty punds in 4 months is great. Don't get discouraged. You have done something positive to change the rest of your life. You are heathier and you will get stronger too.
Remember, I am sure there was a time when you weren't taking care of yourself. Now you are and don't compare yourself to someone else. As long as you know that you are doing what you need to do.... continue to be positive and lose that weight.
Good Luck and feel better!!!!

I have lost 60 lbs in 4 months I feel like I am doing something wrong when I hear of everyone losing so much more. I am assuming it is because I am unable to exercise on a regular basis'. I am starting to lose faith in myself. Any words of encouragment?

Hello again,
I have lost 100 pounds as of this week from gastric bypass surgery. People still look at me strange and I just smile and show all my teeth. In my head they are just impressed with my progress in 3 months.
I used to take 11 perscription meds for a variety of ailments. Now I take 3. Losing the weight has made a huge difference in my health, both physical and mental. The decision to have the surgery is the best thing I have done in years.
