I walked/jogged 4 miles at the track. Trying to build up my speed!

I don't know if anyone saw this repeat of Oprah today but it was great. Carnie Wilson and Oprah were talking about the weight issues. Bottom line were the questions that we have to honestly ask ourselves......
...
"What do I REALLY want?"... and "Do I Love myself enough?"
Hummmm.. for me.. this is what it all boils down to. Just being honest with myself enough to answer these questions and get rid of all the excuses.
Hugs...

What were their replies? I think I recorded it and I'd like to watch it.
Sometimes I wonder if there is "one" thing that should work for everyone, or
if every single person is completely individual. I mean I find among us SO
many similarities and there are some universal things that we all know
"work" (even if we don't always love those things).
Is it about self love? (In my opinion I think this is a large part...at
least for me it was imperative to my success.)
Is it about self respect? Is there a fear that if I claim to love and
respect myself I'm being selfish?
Is selfish always a bad thing?
Just thinking out loud....

I haven't been reading the posts, and have fallen off the weight-loss wagon. I have climbed back on board, and have been very inspired by the posts I've read today.
Thank you to all of you. I feel that I can do it too!
