I am so very happy and proud for you! Wow! A size 18!!! That must seem almost unbelievable to you. Isn't it completely awesome how wonderful our bodies are--their ability to recovery is such a gift from God. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy the suit and being in the pool.

Welcome Claudia! I just got back from a 10 day vacation last night and am SO nervous about tomorrows WI. I know I made many good decision, but I also know that I CHOSE to make some poor ones. I did lots of exercise (4 days of water aerobic classes, tennis 5x, long walks on the beach, etc). I got kind of frustrated when we did go out to eat sometimes. I would order salads with the dressing on the side and it never failed, it was on top. I said to my husband that I think I am going to ask for a new one, and he thought I was crazy. Anyway, vacation is over, and I did the best I could and know I would have done much worse if I wasnt trying to change my lifestyle with WW. I got up early this morning and went for a walk before unpacking, mowing, etc.
I look forward to reading about your progress!

The eating had been betther the last two days since we are now out of the National Parks....I know whn I get to Penna I can go to the YMCA Sat. I will go to a meeting and weigh and since I'll be with my grandbaby I'll be getting more exercise....
