Hi, I had my surgery in January 2008 and have lost almost 100 lbs. My weight loss has stopped and I can feel myself slipping here and there. I probably put on 10 lbs in the past few months but I'm preparing myself to get back on track. We've moved from NJ to FL and I guess since I haven't been to new doctor here for follow up, I'm sort of feeling a little lost. I'm glad I found this group and am hoping for some support and motivation!!
Good luck to all of you about to have surgery, it is a life changing experience!
