Barbara,
I have been doing really good this week, I think.
One thing is I have learned to ask for help. For instance when trying to
gather up what I want as far as food goes a lot of things I have to weigh
out (on the WW food scale) to portion out the proper portion. So in the past
even though it *is* hubby if I wanted say a sandwich to bring to work I
wouldn't ask for help I'd say my goodness it's just a sandwich you can make
it. But when I'm trying to gather food plus figure out what I might want to
do to pass time between calls (usually books and my portable DVD player and
Netflix and checking e-mail) and bring the things I want even a sandwich can
seem like a lot. So the last two shifts I asked hubby if he minded making me
a sandwich while I gathered everything else I needed. He was more than happy
to oblige.
So this week is going better and if my scale matches the one at the meeting
Wednesday I think I lost this week.
