I like yogurt and FF string cheese (3 points) for breakfast. Or dry cereal.
For lunch, I like a hot dog sans bun (1-3 points depending what kind of hot
dog) or a Morningstar Farms product (2-4 points depending what you choose)
lunch meat sandwiches are good too (about 3 or 4 points depending on what
kind of bread you like and which kind of lunch meat).

Claudia,
I loke popcorn too! And also put the spray butter on it.
Oh my hubby likes to support me so he found Thomas Rounds bread (1 point)
and got some for me. With my breakfast today I ate that with spray butter.
It was so good!

Claudia,
I have both of those things too! They have been a godsend!
Hubby loves those spoons. He says it makes it so much easier to fix me a
plate when he cooks for me. (because I work nights and he gets up at 4am for
his morning run a lot of times he will cook and leave a plate for me cuz
he's usually in bed when I get home)

7a. Re: Better choices and a question about avocados

I love those dark chocolate coconut bars! I bring them to work for when the
callers stress me out!
Have you heard of pluotts? It is a fruit that is a plum and apricot bar
mixed together. So good. I love them!
Our team leader said there is a fruit called a grapple that is grapes and
apples mixed together but I haven't found that anywhere yet.

I'll take those annioying 1/2 bl losses. We're not allowed to have annoying losses in my meeting.... We're not even allowed to say we "only" lost 1# or even "just" a pound. If we do, there's an audible gasp from the room and our leader tells the person about negative thinking. Good luck with your weigh-in!

OOPS! I'm on Digest and I didn't see you weighed in. Fantastic Job Galen! I'm right behind you in the 280's.

I think it's because they made too good of a product. If you don't let your dog eat them, they're practically indestructible. Stock up on them while you can, because the knock-offs make your feet stink and Crocs don't.

13a. Re: I need help........

This is a little long, but....I have found in the past that I do the same thing when I get to losing 50 or 60#. I sabotage myself. I came to the realization a while back that my subconscious was telling me that I didn't deserve this.
I came to that conclusion when I bought a hot red sebring convertable that I had for 3 years. I just felt that I didn't deserve it. But then I told myself. "Yes, you do deserve it. You work hard for your money, your paid for it, it's yours. Get over yourself. You deserve it." I told myself that many many times about that car.
Now with my weight loss, I got to losing around 50# and was stalled. I kept thinking "why is this happening again". Then I thought about the car. I told myself that I do deserve this. I do deserve to lose the weight. I do deserve to be healthy. I'm working hard and I deserve it. Positive thinking is helping me. I am now at 60.6# lost and I ain't stopping.
I deserve this and so do you. Sorry this went on like it did, but I hope it helps.

I don't want to quit cause I want to lose more but I just can't get over my food addiction again. I have done good this week so far eating and walking, but I am back to wanting the junk food. I do know that I can't have it in my house. I think I just need to find out why I have this addiction and solve it once and for all, or I will never continue my journey and keep the weight off.

Regarding the junk food. You can have it provided you plan for it. I have Ice cream made with Splenda almost every day--2 points per 1/2 cup. I also buy a mixed bag of Baked Chips--pretzels, Ruffles, Cheetos, Doritos---from WalMart. 2 or 3 points each. So I just count them along with the rest of my points for the day.

This is an interesting post. It can be taken regularly along with plenty of fruits and vegetables. But the effects can be observed over a long period of time. It is pointless to expect the results to be obvious within a few days of taking the drug. The best thing about loss weight are that it makes fat-loss a completely natural process.
