Thanks so much! I did better today! Haven't run since Tuesday because my
knees have really been hurting. Ran today just little over a mile though.
Knees didn't hurt. But the shoes I have now are Cushioning shoes and not
for an overpronator.
I have a pair of Asics Evolution 4 on hold at the store I am picking up
tomorrow. I am a severe overpronator by the wet foot test and looking at my
foot. Very Very low arches. Also at 207 pounds think I need a shoe for
maximum stability.

If I were the person I wanted to be, what would that person do?
If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always
gotten.
