I've done TONS of moving boxes and furniture this weekend(moving to DE
from MD) and yesterday we visited the YMCA for a tour and I used their
dr-style scale and WITH clothes it said I was 169(and it was in the
afternoon after I'd eat breakfast), so even not counting points(not
paper and not really time to do it) I should definitely lose at
tomorrow's WI.

PS There's a WW center about 2 miles from where I live now, so I may
return to meetings at some point.
